Boston Sash specializes in double hung, casement and awning windows as well as transoms, pictures and doors. All offered in the New England style true divided lite, putty or wood bead glazing options.

We typically offer 5 types of profiles, all available with 3 balances system options:

SSB = single strength, true divided lite using 5/8” muntin

Insulated = Two panes using a warm edge spacer for a 7/16” glass unit

SDL = 5/8” simulated divided lites applied to insulated glass int/exterior

TDL = 7/8” muntin true divided lite using insulated glass

EP = SSB with an applied exterior energy panel

ALL ABOVE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE WITH THE FOLLOWING BALANCE SYSTEMS:

Vinyl tilt

Concealed balance (non tilt system with parting bead, wood jamb)

Weight and chain (pulley system)
